Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time to ensure the best experience.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the reservation may be canceled to accommodate other guests.

Reservation payments are non-refundable in case of no-show.

Once payment is completed, reservations cannot be modified or canceled. Please make sure all booking details are reviewed carefully before confirming payment.

Seating arrangements are assigned based on availability at each branch.

Management reserves the right to organize seating arrangements according to operational capacity and to ensure the comfort of all guests.
